Account Terms

By registering with xh66, you agree to these complete terms and conditions. Your account is personal, non-transferable, and for your sole use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your password or account details with anyone, including xh66 staff.

xh66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account that violates these terms. This includes accounts used for fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other illegal activities. We reserve the right to refuse service to any player at our discretion.

Each player may hold only one active account. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance. If you attempt to register a duplicate account, all linked accounts will be frozen pending investigation.

Player Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to play on xh66. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that online gambling is legal in your country of residence. Bangladesh residents must comply with all local laws regarding online gaming.

Bonus Terms

xh66 offers a 130% welcome bonus up to ৳9,500 on your first deposit. This bonus is credited automatically when you deposit and completes your account registration. To receive the bonus, your account must pass KYC verification within 7 days.

All bonuses come with a 15x wagering requirement. This means you must stake the bonus amount 15 times across eligible games before withdrawing any bonus funds. Only bets on slots, fishing, and lottery games count toward wagering. Table games, live casino, and sports bets do not contribute.

Bonuses expire 7 days after crediting. Any unused bonus balance is removed from your account. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly—only winnings generated from bonus play. xh66 reserves the right to cancel any bonus used for bonus abuse or system exploitation.

Reload bonuses (27% on deposits ≥ ৳1,000) and daily cashback (0.5% on total losses) are available to all players. These bonuses follow standard wagering rules and expire within 7 days. Terms apply to each promotional offer—check the promotion page before claiming.

Responsible Gaming

xh66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe gaming should be entertaining, not a financial solution. If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, we offer tools to help.

Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from xh66 for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, or permanently. During exclusion, your account is locked and you cannot log in or access funds. Contact [email protected] to request self-exclusion.

Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Once reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Limits take effect immediately.

Reality Check: We display pop-up reminders after every 60 minutes of continuous play. These remind you of time spent and money wagered. You can extend or dismiss the reminder, but it returns every hour.

Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Your request is processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance is returned to your registered payment method within 5–7 business days.

xh66 may close your account if: you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail KYC verification, or use prohibited methods to play (VPN, bot scripts, proxy tools). In such cases, your account balance may be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities.

Closed accounts cannot be reopened. If your account was closed for breach, you are prohibited from registering new accounts on xh66.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe an error has occurred on your account or a transaction was processed incorrectly, contact [email protected] within 30 days. Include your account username, transaction ID, and detailed description of the issue.

Our support team will investigate and respond within 48 hours. If you disagree with our resolution, you may escalate to our management team. The final decision rests with xh66 management.

For unresolved disputes, you may file a complaint with the relevant gambling regulator in your jurisdiction. xh66 complies with all applicable local regulations.

Changes to These Terms

xh66 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued play after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will email notification of significant changes to all active players.
