Troubleshooting Registration Errors

Stuck during registration? Check the error code & solution below. If your issue isn't listed, contact live chat.

Error Code / Message Cause How to Fix
ERR_PHONE_EXISTS Mobile number already has an account on xh66. If it's yours, log in here instead. If it's not, use a different number or contact support for account recovery.
ERR_INVALID_PHONE Number format is wrong. Examples: missing 01 prefix, too many digits, letters included. Enter your number as 01XXXXXXXXX (11 digits, Bangladeshi format). No spaces, dashes, or country code (+880).
ERR_WEAK_PASSWORD Password doesn't meet security rules: must be 8+ chars & contain uppercase, lowercase, number. Use a password like: MyPassword123! Try adding a special symbol (@, #, $, %, &). Avoid repeating chars (11111) or dictionary words.
ERR_INVALID_REFERRAL Referral code doesn't exist, is expired, or was entered wrongly (typo, case-sensitive). Double-check the code spelling. Leave it blank & register first—you can add it later. Or get a fresh code from your referrer.
ERR_TERMS_NOT_ACCEPTED You didn't check the "I agree" box or the system didn't register it. Scroll down, find the checkbox next to "I agree to Terms...", click it (should show ✓), then try registering again.

Frequently Asked Questions About Registration

How long does registration take?
Registration takes 1–2 minutes. Just enter your mobile number, create a password, agree to terms, and click "Register Now". Your account is ready instantly. You don't need an email confirmation or additional verification at signup. Start playing immediately after.
Can I register on the xh66 app instead of the website?
Yes. The xh66 app (Android 7.0+, iOS) has the same quick signup process as the website. Download from your phone's app store or from our app page. Some players prefer app signup for faster mobile access. Either way, your account works across both platforms.
What if I forgot my password after registration?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password". Enter your registered mobile number. You'll receive a password reset link via SMS in 1 minute. Click it, create a new password, and log in. If you don't receive the SMS, check your spam folder or contact 24/7 live chat for help.
Can I register without a Bangladeshi number?
No. xh66 currently accepts only active Bangladeshi mobile numbers (01XXXXXXXXX) for deposit/withdrawal via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These payment systems require local numbers. If you're outside Bangladesh but have a valid BD number, you can use it. International players should contact our support team about alternative options.
Do I need to upload an ID during registration?
No. ID upload (National ID, passport, or driving license) is only required before your first withdrawal. This is part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification—a regulatory requirement. During signup, you just need your mobile number & password. KYC usually takes 12 hours to process. See our withdrawal guide for details.
Can I have multiple accounts on xh66?
No. One person = one account. If the system detects duplicate registrations (same phone number, payment method, or device), extra accounts are blocked, & bonuses may be voided. You must be 18+ to register. Fraudulent signups violate our Terms & can result in account closure & forfeited funds.
